HabitPear is made by Zwiss, Inc. ("Zwiss," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on habitpear.com and what we do with it. Right now the site is a Coming Soon page, so we collect very little.
What we collect
Your email address, when you sign up for early access. That's the only thing we ask you for.
Basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, and the pages you visit. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We don't collect your name, phone number, contacts, payment details, or health data on this site.
How we use it
- To send you updates about HabitPear's launch and closed beta, including your beta invite.
- To grant early-access perks you signed up for, like the Founder Pear badge.
- To understand whether the site is working and how people find it.
We'll only contact you about HabitPear launch and beta news. No spam, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share your email with advertisers.
- We don't use your information to build advertising profiles.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, including Cloudflare, which hosts habitpear.com. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if Zwiss is involved in a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until HabitPear launches publicly and your early access is delivered, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
You can email us at hello@habitpear.com at any time to ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Depending on where you live (for example, in California, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor those requests.
Children
HabitPear isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
