Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of habitpear.com and the HabitPear early-access list, run by Zwiss, Inc. ("Zwiss," "we," "us"). By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.
Early access
Signing up puts you on our early-access list. It doesn't guarantee a spot in the closed beta or a specific invite date. We'll invite people in batches as the beta grows.
Early-access perks
- Founder Pear badge: a cosmetic badge granted when you join the closed beta. It has no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
- Closed beta access: early access to HabitPear on iOS and Android, as spots open up.
- Bring up to 5 partners: once you're in the beta, you can invite up to five people to join you so you can start habit pears together.
We may adjust how perks are delivered if the product changes, but we won't take away a Founder Pear badge you've already received.
The beta itself
The beta is a pre-release version of HabitPear. It may have bugs, change often, or be paused. Separate app terms will apply once you're using the app.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That means no signing up with someone else's email without permission, no automated or bulk sign-ups, and no attempts to break, overload, or get around the site's security.
Our content
The HabitPear name, logo, pear mascot, illustrations, and site content belong to Zwiss. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our branding without permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zwiss isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the early-access list.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
